Welcome to Stardust Yoga Studio.  Our studio is a peaceful oasis nestled inside Gemini Gymnastics Academy in the quaint village of LaGrange, Illinois.  Stardust  is a family yoga studio whose mission is to communicate the meaning of yoga inclusively to the entire human family, adults and children alike.  Yoga has significance and benefits for people from all backgrounds, and it is a system of living that supports and enhances the human experience at every stage or cycle of life.  Stardust Yoga Studio’s goal is to work with students, while providing individual attention, in order to prepare the mind, body, and breath so that each student may find a peaceful balance within oneself and the world.  Achieving this harmony allows an individual the opportunity to work more deeply in order to find the one true light within, so that it may shine more brightly. 

All of our classes are open to new, developing and continuing students.  Please read our class descriptions for more details however, do not hesitate to contact us to discuss which class might be best for you. We offer a free class to new participants, so please come try your first class for free!

A Message from Stardust Yoga Studio:

We are very excited to share with you that we have partnered with SEASPAR in order to offer classes to  children with special needs in our area. We will be offering Yoga for Kids (Ages 5-10) and Strike A Pose (Ages 11-15). SEASPAR is currently accepting registration for these classes.
